Captures the bear perfectly
During my many years living in backcountry Alaska,I spent many hours watching and being mesmerized by wild Grizzly Bears. Mr Crouser -- much better than any other artist I've seen -- has captured what I believe is the essence of this incredible animal. The body language and imposing muscular presence is perfect, but more impressively this print somehow also evoked in me the mystical awe and sense of potential danger I always felt when I encountered one uncomfortably close. I also purchased truly outstanding prints of other Alaskan wildlife from this artist, but this one just overwhelms me.
